This area on the layout is comprised of the Dover yard as it existed in 1965 as well as the Oak Street bridge and part of the road headed east. The Dover yard had the turntable and deteriorating former sand house. The diesel fueling stand is present between the approach tracks to the turntable near the sand house.
This area of the layout is the entry point from staging and currently representys the southernmost point of the railroad.
